PPT template

PPT Template:

User got a new Template file 

1. Open Power point and click "File" on the top of the menu bar.

2. Select "new" and then "Custom", for some users instead of Custom it might read "Personal", it is the same.

3. Then click on "Template" and the two folders with the different template will show - Brand Template and Visual assets library.


If the user unable to find the folder in the PPT:
    1. Start menu Run(Widows key+ R)-> Type = %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates\ 

        

    2. copy the Folder path.
        for e.g. C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
        
    3. Open PPT -> goto File -> Options 

        

    4. The New window choose the SAVE -> Default personal templates location -> Paste the folder            path location -> press OK. 
        
        

    5. Close the PPT and open the PPT again.
    6. Now Open Power point and click "File" on the top of the menu bar.
    7. Select "new" and then "Custom", for some users instead of Custom it might read "Personal", it         is the same.
    8. Then click on "Template" and the two folders with the different template will show - Brand                Template and Visual assets library.
    9. If the user still can not able to find the folder then wait tell the user to wait for the update.
  10. Go to windows update settings and go for Microsoft updates.
  11. Copy the folder from the colleagues machine and paste it to the users machine.
